Very dissatisfied with the treatment received from hedonai. First of all, when I contracted a laser session voucher, they did not make me sign or give me any document certifying what I was contracting, very informal on their part. When I wanted to start the sessions they told me that the machines were not working and that's how they have been extending the months since May. Due to this type of mishap I wanted to cancel the contract and request a refund, which they initially refused but after my insistence they relented. I have been requesting a refund since June, I signed the document they asked me for and I still have not received a response from them. I request my refund urgently, since I have not yet started the session bonus and I have the right to claim the amount I paid. All the workers are very incompetent. It's been 3 months since I requested my return, and nothing and I'm super pissed off😡

I don't give it a lower score because it's not possible, it seems like a shameful clinic to me, I had been waiting for my appointment for five months at the clinic in Jaén capital, well two days before the appointment, they send me a WhatsApp telling me that a machine has broken that they cancel it, when in my case I had to take medication and take a self-vaccine, which I have not taken while waiting for the appointment, so that they would not burn me since you cannot take medication, waiting without taking it at all, now I They cancel it and on top of that the solution they give me is that I go to another center in another city, when I am working and they tell me that they are waiting for the technician to come, incredibly embarrassing, the worst clinic of all, the terrible treatment, no education . Now I want them to return the remaining money for the treatment, which they are obviously not going to do, scoundrels, a total and absolute deception!!!!!!!!!

It is unfortunate about this clinic for saying a word…they leave me without doing some laser sessions that I already paid for when I was still Vivanta because the file has supposedly been lost…I give them a vote of confidence again and buy a voucher again to continue with waxing, now finding myself in the situation of not being able to perform the waxing that I have already paid for because the machines are under maintenance... SHAMEFUL!! The second time I pay for NOTHING.

I had an IPL when I was Vivanta and despite the fact that I told them that I did not see it convenient to remove a small spot from my eyebrow due to the risk of having my eyebrow hair removed, they insisted that nothing would happen.. Indeed I lost that eyebrow hair. the eyebrow definitely. The spots have also reappeared despite always applying sunscreen.

*UPDATE* After 5 months of being told they would refund my money for a treatment that was not performed, I am still waiting. The treatment that was contracted was 3 years ago, what a way to scam people for 3 YEARS and 5 MONTHS. Don't go to any of these people's clinics. My case is that I paid 800e for complete legs which they said could be done without doing a study or anything. When the time came, months after months they said it couldn't be done. After two tired years, we requested the money that belongs to us since said treatment was not performed. Well, we have been fighting for a year and 5 months. This franchise is not worth a penny. Look for better ones.
